The new Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation will take effect from 1 January 2012 and will introduce changes to the way health and safety is currently administered in the workplace.  To assist businesses with the changes, the NSW Business Chamber is delivering a series of educational seminars funded under the 2010 WorkCover Assist Grants Program.
